REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. General Provisions

1.1 This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of digital products made through repdirect.store.

1.2 By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to this Policy.


2. No Returns for Digital Goods

2.1 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

2.2 Once the Digital Content has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except as explicitly stated in this Policy.


3. Cases Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The Customer did not receive access to the purchased Digital Content due to a technical error.

  • The Digital Content is defective or inaccessible.


4. Refund Request Procedure

4.1 The Customer must submit a refund request by contacting repdirect.shop within 14 days of the purchase.

4.2 The request must include:

  • proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt),

  • description of the issue,

  • supporting evidence (e.g., screenshot of error message).

4.3 The Provider will review the request within 10 business days and inform the Customer of the outcome.


5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

  • The Customer is dissatisfied with the suppliers or their business practices.

  • The Customer expected results beyond what was explicitly described.

  • The Customer lost or deleted access to the Digital Content after successful delivery.


6. Refund Method

6.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the Customer.

6.2 Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
